摘要
结合实际生产情况监测染色后的洗水情况,检测缸内残液的透光率,以此为指标将缸内残液的染料量数字化、量化,进而分析染色后洗水变化规律,确定染色后的洗水标准。利用标准可实现洗水的自动判断及智能洗水。优化生产过程的管理控制,减少污水排放,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
Monitor the washing water after dyeing according to the actual production situation,digitize and quantify the dye amount of the residual liquid in the tank by detecting the light transmittance of the residual liquid in the tank,then analyze the change rule of the washing water after dyeing,and determine the standard of washing water after dyeing.The standard can be used to realize automatic judgment and intelligent water washing.Optimize the management and control of production process,reduce sewage discharge,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
