阀控半主动减振器模糊控制策略研究

摘要 针对转阀控制的半主动减振器,提出了一种阻尼比可调的的模糊控制策略.根据阀控式半主动减振器控制系统的特点,通过分析得到实际工程中所需阻尼比附近线性化的降维模型,设计了阀控半主动减振器阻尼比模糊控制系统,专家知识以IF-THEN规则的形式存储.将建立好的阻尼比控制数学模型导入Matlab,数值仿真了阻尼比的跟踪特性.结果表明系统的阻尼比在0.35到0.45之间的控制快速且平稳.最后将减振器的阻尼比设置为3挡,在半主动悬架的仿真中发现该模糊控制方法改善了汽车的垂向减振效果. A fuzzy control strategy with adjustable damping ratio is proposed for semi-active damper controlled by rotary valve.According to the characteristics of the valve controlled semi-active damper control system,the dimension reduction model of linearization near the damping ratio required in practical engineering is obtained through analysis,and the fuzzy control system of the damping ratio of the valve controlled semi-active damper is designed.The expert knowledge is stored in the form of if-then rule.The established mathematical model of damping ratio control is imported into Matlab to simulate the tracking characteristics of damping.The results show that the control of damping ratio between 0.35 and 0.45 is fast and smooth.Finally,the damping ratio of the shock absorber is set to the third gear,and the simulation of the semi-active suspension shows that the fuzzy control method improves the vertical damping effect of the vehicle.
