利润分享机制在提升小微传媒企业薪酬激励有效性方面的应用

摘要 员工作为企业运营的核心动力,直接影响着企业的生产效率、产品质量、客户满意度,是决定企业创造产出能力的重要因素。如何有效激励企业员工,一直是企业经营者不断探索的问题。知识经济时代,企业要前进,需要大批优秀人才,而如何留住企业优秀员工,并激发其潜能就要依靠激励机制了。让员工参与到企业的经营管理中、参与到企业的利润分配中、增强员工的归属感不失为可行之策,利润分享机制是顺应当前需求的一项有效激励措施。本文从操作方法、实施效果等方面对如何在小微传媒企业员工激励中应用利润分享机制从而提升薪酬激励有效性进行了探讨。 As the core competitiveness of enterprise operation and development,employees directly affect the production efficiency,product quality and customer satisfaction of enterprises,and are the important factors that determine the enterprise’s ability to create output.How to effectively motivate employees has been a problem that enterprise managers are constantly exploring.In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises need a large number of outstanding talents to move forward,and how to retain excellent employees and stimulate their potential depends on incentive mechanism.It is feasible to let employees participate in the operation and management of the enterprise,participate in the profit distribution of the enterprise,and enhance their sense of belonging.The profit sharing mechanism is an effective incentive measure to meet the current demand.This paper discusses how to apply the profit sharing mechanism in the motivation of employees in micro and small-sized media enterprises to enhance the effectiveness of incentive compensation from the aspects of operation method and implementation effect.
