摘要
利用矿渣和黄土为基体材料,水玻璃为碱激发剂,双氧水为发泡剂,制备了具有多孔结构的地质聚合物材料.通过FTIR、XRD、万能试验机等测试手段系统研究了黄土/矿渣地质聚合物材料制备过程中的各种工艺参数(矿渣掺量、碱激发剂含量、双氧水含量、稳泡剂含量等)对得到的材料微观结构及性能(力学性能、孔隙率、密度等)的影响.结果表明:矿渣掺量60%、碱激发剂含量35%、双氧水含量3.5%、稳泡剂含量0.4%时样品发泡效果和机械性能最好,抗压强度为1.32 MPa.XRD图和FTIR图表明在碱激发剂作用下主要由矿渣发生水化反应,对黄土进行固化.
In this thesis,a porous geopolymer material by using slag and loess as base materials is prepared,in which sodium silicate is used as alkali activator and hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent.The effects of various technological parameters(slag content,alkali activator content,hydrogen peroxide content,foam stabilizer content,etc.)on the microstructure and properties(mechanical properties,porosity,density,etc.)of the loess/slag geopolymer materials are systematically studiedby means of FTIR,XRD and universal testing machine.The results show that when the slag content is 60%,alkali activatorcontent is 35%,hydrogen peroxide content is 3.5%,and foam stabilizer content is 0.4%,the foaming effect and mechanical properties of the sample are the best,and the compressive strength is 1.32 MPa.XRD and FTIR patternsshow that the loess is solidified mainly by the hydration reaction of the slag under the action of alkali activator.
