面向10kV“煤改电”区域配电网供电质量提升的储能优化配置技术 被引量:4

摘要 电化学储能系统具有功率快速调节能力,是解决“煤改电”地区新增季节性负荷波动所造成供电能力不足和电能质量差等问题的有效手段之一。本文在深入分析“煤改电”地区负荷特征的基础上,以改善节点电压偏移为目标,并考虑储能系统成本最少等因素,构建了所需储能系统的容量配置模型。同时,引入模糊综合评价方法进一步优化目标函数的权重系数,并采用一种基于遗传交叉因子的改进粒子群优化算法完成提升“煤改电”区域配网供电质量的储能系统容量配置。最后,构建IEEE 33节点典型模型,开展了仿真验证研究,结果表明依据本文所提方法配置的储能系统能够有效改善“煤改电”区域配网的电压偏移问题。 Electrochemical energy storage system has the ability of rapid regulation of power,which is one of the effective means to solve such problems as insufficient power supply capacity and weak power quality due to the fluctuation of new seasonal loads in coal-to-electricity regions.In this paper,the capacity allocation model of the energy storage system is set up on the basis of deep analysis of the load characteristics of the coal-to-electricity region,also with the improvement of node voltage deviation as the target as as well as consideration of the minimum storage energy system cost.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to optimize the weight coefficient of the objective function further,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on genetic cross factor is used to complete the capacity allocation of the energy storage system to improve the power supply quality of the distribution network in coal-to-electricity region.Finally,a typical IEEE 33 node model is constructed and the simulation and verification study are performed.The results show that the energy storage system configured in accordance with the proposed method could effectively improve the voltage deviation problem of the distribution network in the coal-to-electricity region.
