摘要
高比例风电接入系统后会造成功率波动越限和系统灵活性不足问题。为减少风电功率越限惩罚成本,提高系统灵活性,提出一种风电波动性及对系统灵活性不足的源荷互动方法。首先将原风电功率序列利用小波包分解方法分解成蓄电池平抑的中频分量,超级电容平抑的高频分量、低频分量,并根据越限次数计算最佳配置容量;然后将风电与负荷进行状态划分,根据不同的状态,采取不同的源荷互动策略,提高风电负荷的相关性和系统灵活性。
After a high proportion of wind power is connected to the system,it will cause the problem of power fluctuation exceeding the limit and insufficient system flexibility.In order to reduce the penalty cost of wind power exceeding the limit and improve the system flexibility,a source-load interaction method for wind power fluctuation and insufficient system flexibility is proposed.Firstly,the original wind power sequence is decomposed into the intermediate frequency component stabilized by the battery,the high frequency component stabilized by the super capacitor,and the low frequency component using the wavelet packet decomposition method,and the optimal configuration capacity is calculated according to the number of overruns;then the wind power and load are divided into states,According to different states,different source-load interaction strategies are adopted to improve the wind power load correlation and system flexibility.
