蒙西电网220kV在运复合绝缘子材料老化性能研究分析 被引量:2

摘要 抽取3支运行年限超过15年的在运复合绝缘子,利用宏观形貌观察、微观形貌观察、憎水性测试、能谱检测、带护套染色渗透试验、傅里叶红外光谱检测、邵氏硬度测试、拉伸试验等方法,对其材料老化性能进行了综合性分析评估。结果表明,3支样品不同部位伞裙的憎水性能仍良好,其中1号样品憎水性能相对较弱。化学成分和傅里叶红外光谱的检测结果表明,相比于1号样品,2号和3号样品伞裙表面的C、Si元素含量及典型官能团峰值均显著减小,表明较高污秽等级区域内运行的复合绝缘子更易于发生老化。并且,较高污秽等级区域内运行的复合绝缘子伞裙表面粗糙度较大,而表面粗糙度对复合绝缘子伞裙憎水性能的测试结果产生的影响较大,建议憎水性测量参数中增加表面粗糙度。此外,抽检样品的芯棒内部未见贯穿性缺陷,且各项力学性能指标均符合标准要求。 Three composite insulators with operating years of more than 15 years were selected,and the macro-morphological observation,micro-morphological observation,hydrophobicity test,energy spectrum test,dye penetration test with sheath,Fourier transform infrared spectrum test,Shao The aging properties of the materials were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by methods such as hardness test and tensile test.The results show that the hydrophobicity of the sheds in different parts of the three samples is still good,and the hydrophobicity of the No.1 sample is relatively weak.The detection results of chemical composition and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy show that compared with No.1 sample,the C、Si element content and typical functional group peaks on the shed surface of No.2 and No.3 samples are significantly reduced,indicating a higher pollution level area.Composite insulators operating inside are more prone to aging.In addition,the surface roughness of the composite insulator shed operating in the higher pollution level area is larger,and the surface roughness has a great influence on the test results of the hydrophobic performance of the composite insulator shed.It is recommended to increase the surface roughness in the hydrophobicity measurement parameters.Besides,penetrating defects were found inside the mandrels of the samples,and all the mechanical performance indicators met the standard requirements.
