芪参还五胶囊联合多巴丝肼治疗气虚血瘀证帕金森病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride foRtreating Parkinson′s disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency symdrome

目的探讨芪参还五胶囊联合多巴丝肼治疗气虚血瘀证帕金森病的临床效果。方法选取90例气虚血瘀证帕金森病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采取常规治疗联合多巴丝肼治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上口服芪参还五胶囊,连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的非运动症状量表(NMSS)评分、炎症指标水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、脂联素]和39项帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)各维度评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者NMSS评分、PDQ-39各维度评分、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,脂联素水平较治疗前上升,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论芪参还五胶囊联合多巴丝肼治疗气虚血瘀证帕金森病患者的效果较好,与单纯西医治疗相比,可以更有效地提高疗效,改善患者非运动症状及减轻机体炎症水平,提升患者的生活质量,在临床上具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride foRtreating patients with Parkinson′s disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome.Methods Ninety patients with Parkinson′s disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly assigned to control group oRobservation group,with 45 cases in each group.Conventional treatment combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride therapy was adopted in the control group,based on which the observation group was orally administrated Qishen Huanwu Capsules,foRa 3-month continuous therapy.The clinical efficacy,pre-and post-treatment Non-MotoRSymptom Scale(NMSS)score,and inflammatory indicatoRlevels(tumoRnecrosis factor-α[TNF-α],adiponectin),as well as scores of various dimensions of 39-Item Parkinson′s Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39)were compared between the two groups.Results AfteRtreatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higheRthan that of the control group(P<0.05);furthermore,the scores of NMSS and various dimensions of PDQ-39,and TNF-αlevel were decreased as compared with before treatment,and adiponectin level was elevated as compared with before treatment,as well as the indicators as above in the observation group were superioRto those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride has a relatively good effect foRtreating patients with Parkinson′s disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome,which can more effectively improve efficacy,ameliorate patients′non-motoRsymptoms and decrease inflammatory levels of the body,and improve quality of life in patients as compared with Western Medicine alone,exerting an application value in clinics to a certain extent.
