鼻咽癌患者社交回避与苦恼的现状及其影响因素

Current status of social avoidance and distress in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its influencing factors

目的分析鼻咽癌患者社交回避与苦恼的现状及其影响因素。方法选取102例鼻咽癌患者为调查对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、社交回避与苦恼量表(SADS)、社会支持评定量表、社会影响量表、自我效能感量表对患者进行调查。采用Pearson法分析鼻咽癌患者SADS得分与社会影响量表得分、自我效能感量表得分、社会支持评定量表得分的相关性;采用多重线性回归模型分析鼻咽癌患者SADS得分的影响因素。结果鼻咽癌患者SADS得分为(17.26±4.07)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,鼻咽癌患者的SADS得分与社会影响量表得分呈正相关,与自我效能感量表得分、社会支持评定量表得分均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、医疗费用结算方式、家庭人均月收入、放化疗情况、社会影响量表得分、自我效能感得分及社会支持评定量表得分均是鼻咽癌患者SADS得分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者处于中度社交回避与苦恼水平。年龄、医疗费用结算方式、家庭人均月收入、放化疗情况、病耻感、自我效能感及社会支持水平可影响鼻咽癌患者的社交回避与苦恼水平。临床工作者应密切关注鼻咽癌患者的心理变化,加强心理护理,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the current status of social avoidance and distress in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 102 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SADS),social support rating scale,social influence scale and self-efficacy scale were used to investigate the patients.The Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation of SADS score with scores of social influence scale,self-efficacy scale,and social support rating scale of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The multiple lineaRregression model was employed to analyze the influencing factors foRSADS score in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Results The SADS score of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 17.26±4.07.The results of Pearson correlation analysis revealed that SADS score of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma positively correlated with social influence scale score,and negatively correlated with self-efficacy scale score and social support rating scale score(all P<0.05).The results of multiple lineaRregression analysis depicted that age,settlement method of medical expenses,peRcapita monthly household income,conditions of chemoradiotherapy,social influence scale score,self-efficacy scale score and social support rating scale score were all the influencing factors foRSADS score of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are at medium levels of social avoidance and distress.Age,medical expenses settlement method,peRcapita monthly household income,conditions of chemoradiotherapy,stigma of disease,self-efficacy and social support level can affect social avoidance and distress levels of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Clinical workers should pay close attention to the psychological changes of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,strengthen psychological nursing,and improve the quality of life in patients.
