摘要
基于群际接触理论和NSSE-CHINA测量指标体系,通过构建群际接触影响大学生学业表现结构方程模型,发现在“一体化教学”模式下,群际接触正向预测大学生的学业表现;校园支持、生生主动合作、生师互动均会产生积极的接触效应,增强大学生的归属感;归属感正向影响大学生的学业表现,且在群际接触和学业表现之间存在部分或完全中介效应;生师互动的作用机制比较复杂,积极的生师互动要以提升学生的归属感为特征。对此,认为群际接触有利于促进大学生的学业表现,对铸牢大学生中华民族共同体意识具有重要的现实意义。
Based on the theory of intergroup contact and NSSE-CHINA,the structural equation model was used to explore the influence mechanism of intergroup contact on college students’academic performance.The results show that intergroup contact can positively predict college students’academic performance under the model of integrated teaching;Campus support,students’active cooperation and student-faculty interaction all produce positive contact effect and enhance college students’school belonging.Belonging has a positive impact on college students'academic performance,and there is a partial or complete mediating effect between them;The mechanism of student-faculty interaction is complex.Active student-faculty interaction should be characterized by enhancing students’sense of belonging.Conclusion:Intergroup contact is beneficial to the academic performance of college students,and has important practical significance for the consciousness of the Chinese national community of college students.
