南疆农村基层社会文化治理策略构想及实践路径

Model Conception and Realization Path on Cultural Management in Rural Grassroots Society of Southern Xinjiang

南疆农村文化治理是推进基层社会稳定发展的重要保障,事关文化润疆战略决策的实施成效,是推进新疆治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。论文探索了南疆农村基层社会文化治理策略,讨论文化治理“从立足到一体”的大体路径,进行“引扶融”等方法举例,提出“正确方向不偏航和合理方法不失当是实现目标的基本保障”观点,以期为南疆农村基层社会文化治理提供一些实践启示和理论研究参考。

Rural cultural governance in southern Xinjiang is an important guarantee for promoting the stable development of grassroots society,which is related to the implementation effectiveness of the strategic decision on cultural revitalization of Xinjiang,and an important measure to promote the modernization of Xinjiang's governance system and governance capacity.This paper explores the strategies of grassroots social and cultural governance in rural areas of southern Xinjiang,discusses the general path of cultural governance“from foothold to integration”,carries out examples of methods such as“introduction,support and integration”,and puts forward the viewpoint that“not deviating in the right direction and reasonable methods are the basic guarantee for achieving the goal”for providing some practical enlightenment and theoretical research reference for rural grassroots social and cultural governance in southern Xinjiang.
