“互联网+”背景下新疆高校收费平台建设探究

Research on the Construction of Charging Platforms for Colleges and Universities in Xinjiang Based on“Internet+”Background

随着“互联网+”及数字校园发展,高校管理信息化水平日益提高,高校收费管理获得创新发展契机。传统的收费管理模式日益落伍,难以满足学校信息化管理的需求。如何实现校内信息互联共享,实现收费管理高效化是“互联网+”时代高校下信息化亟待解决的核心问题。本文从认真贯彻落实关于习近平总书记提出的“要办好人民满意的教育”的重要指示要求出发,立足于新疆高校收费管理现状,提出利用“互联网+”信息技术推进高校收费自动化、建设一体化财务信息化平台,从而为提升高校治理体系和治理能力现代化水平提供一些财务管理方面的借鉴。

With the development of“Internet+”and digital campuses,the level of digitization of university management has been increasingly improved,and the management of university fees has gained opportunities for innovation and development.The traditional fee management model is becoming increasingly outdated,and it is difficult to meet the needs of school information management.How to realize the interconnection and sharing of information on campus and realize the efficiency of fee management is the core problem that needs to be solved urgently in the“Internet+”era of digitization in colleges and universities.Starting from the conscientious implementation of the important instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on“running education to the satisfaction of the people”,based on the current situation of fee management of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,this paper proposes to use“Internet+”information technology to promote the automation of university fees and build an integrated financial information platform,so as to provide some financial management reference for improving the modernization level of university governance system and governance capacity.
