推动建筑业数字化治理的实践经验分析——以浙江省为例

Analysis of Practical Experience in Promoting Digitalized Governance in Construction Industry——Case Study of Zhejiang Province

数字化不仅是一场技术革命,更是一场治理体系变革。本文以浙江省建筑业数字化治理实践经验为例,分析了“工程图纸在线”、“工程质量协同管理”“施工现场安全管控”“建筑起重机械全生命周期管理”“建筑工人保障在线”等典型应用场景,提出了以推动建筑业数字化治理为切入点加强数字政府建设的政策建议。

Digitalization is not only a technological revolution,but also a reform in the governance system.This paper takes the digitalized governance-related practice experience in the construction industry in Zhejiang Province as an example,analyzes typical application scenarios including"online engineering drawing","collaborative management of engineering quality","safety control at the construction site","full lifecycle management of construction hoisting machinery"and"online construction workers guarantee",and puts forward the policy suggestion of enhancing the building of a digitalized government with promotion of digital governance in the construction industry as the breakthrough point.
