现阶段,随着城市化进程的加快,老旧小区的环境和功能提升也日益被社会关注。在对老旧小区改造的过程中如何改造和合理使用人防工程,也日益成为一项重要的研究课题。本文主要分析了在老旧小区改造过程中对人防工程合理改造的研究,旨在通过对人防工程的合理改造,而使其在当下经济社会发挥更大的价值。并针对人防工程改造建设中的问题,提出了合理、有效的解决措施。

At this stage,with the acceleration of urbanization,the environment and function improvement of old residential areas are also increasingly concerned by the society.How to transform and reasonably use the civil air defense project in the process of the transformation of old residential areas has also become an important research topic.This paper mainly analyzes the attempt on reasonable transformation of the civil air defense engineering in the process of old residential area renovation,aiming to make it play a greater role in the current economic society.It also puts forward reasonable and effective measures to solve the problems in the renovation of civil air defense engineering.
