在低碳环保、绿色智能、可持续发展的新时代背景下,商品住宅全装修己成为必然趋势。但由于我国商品住宅批量全装修起步较晚,产业化推行力度不足,质量问题频出,投诉率居高不下,严重损害购房者、开发商和社会三方利益。基于此,本文从介绍商品住宅全装修发展历程出发,分析商品住宅全装修质量控制影响因素,明晰商品住宅全装修质量控制要点,最后针对各质量控制要点提出商品住宅全装修质量控制措施。研究成果有助于地产开发商提升全装修质量管控水平,推动商品住宅全装修市场在新时代背景下实现稳中向好发展。

In the context of the new era of low-carbon environmental protection,green intelligence and sustainable development,the full decoration of commercial housing has become an inevitable trend.However,due to the late start and insufficient implementation of industrialization,quality problems and high complaint rate of commercial housing full decoration in China have seriously damaged the interests of buyers,developers and society.Based on this,this paper starts from introducing the development history of commercial housing full renovation,analyzes the factors affecting the quality control of commercial housing full decoration,clarifies the quality control points of commercial housing full decoration,and finally proposes quality control measures of commercial housing full decoration for each quality control point.The research results can help real estate developers to improve the quality control level of full decoration and promote the stable development of the full decoration market of commercial housing properties in the new era.
