摘要
江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司3200m^(3)高炉投产多年后,于2016年9月13日出现炉况失常,煤气利用率大幅下降,并且长时间处于较低水平。期间炉内崩料、滑料现象频繁,已严重影响到了高炉的稳定顺行。本文分析了3200m^(3)高炉炉况失常的原因,提出了炉况恢复的处理措施,并总结了措施的实施效果。分析认为入炉焦炭变差、自产烧结矿中AlO含量较高,以及冷却壁漏水量较多是此次炉况失常的主要原因。通过采用控制冶炼强度、调整装料制度、控制炉温上限水平、强化渣铁排放等工艺调整措施,避免了炉况进一步恶化,并在较短的时间内将炉况恢复至正常。
After 3200m^(3) blast furnace of Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. has been operating for many years, which appeared the furnace condition abnormity on September 13, 2016, and the gas utilization rate dropped sharply, and remained at a low level for a long time. During this period, the phenomena of charge burden collapsing and sliding are frequent in the furnace, which have seriously affected the stability and smooth running of the blast furnace. This paper analyzes the reasons for the furnace condition abnormity of 3200m^(3) blast furnace, puts forward the treatment measures for furnace condition recovery, and summarizes the implementation effect of the measures. The analysis shows that the main reasons for this time furnace condition abnormity are the coke quality changing into poor, the higher AlOcontent in the self-produced sinter and more water leakage from the cooling stave. Through the adoption of process adjustment measures such as controlling smelting intensity, adjusting charging system, controlling upper limit level of furnace temperature, and strengthen slag and iron emissions, further deterioration of furnace conditions is avoided, and furnace conditions are restored to normal in a short time.
