摘要
介绍了唐山某钢铁公司钢厂搬迁项目1780m^(3)高炉工程炉顶系统设计情况,对该高炉工程炉顶装料系统的主要技术特点、工艺设备以及投产后的使用效果进行了阐述。该高炉工程炉顶系统设计中采用了大量创新技术和先进设备:炉顶装料系统采用了PW公司标准型串罐无料钟炉顶设备,技术先进,性能良好;炉顶均排压系统采用了创新的炉顶均压煤气全回收技术,可节省大量高炉煤气,减少煤气放散对环境造成的污染;炉顶设备配套的辅助系统采用了成熟、实用、可靠的技术和设备。上述先进技术和设备的应用为该高炉实现高效、低耗、长寿、稳定生产创造了条件。
This paper introduces the top system design situation of 1780m^(3) blast furnace engineering of relocation project of a steel company in Tangshan, and expounds the main technical features, process equipment,and using effect after putting into production of the top system of this blast furnace. A large number of innovative technologies and advanced equipment have been adopted in the design of the top system of this blast furnace: The furnace top system has adopted PW’s standard tandem bell less top equipment with advanced technology and good performance;the furnace top pressure equalizing and pressure discharging system has adopted the innovative furnace top pressure equalizing gas full recovery technology, which can save a lot of blast furnace gas and reduce the pollution caused by gas emission to the environment;the auxiliary system matched with furnace top equipment has adopted mature, practical and reliable technology and equipment. The application of the above advanced technologies and equipment has created conditions for the high efficiency, low consumption, long life and stable production of the blast furnace.
