钢铁企业原料场主要担负着接收外部入厂的大宗原燃物料以及厂内的循环物料,并向高炉、烧结供应所需物料。原料场设备繁多、工艺复杂,而且是连续作业,一旦出现故障将直接影响到高炉和烧结的正常生产,因此对原料场自动化控制系统的功能和稳定性要求较高。通常为提高原料场运行效率,降低故障率,多数钢铁企业在原料场自动化控制上是采用国内外先进的控制技术和装备。本文以天津钢铁集团有限公司2号原料场为例,介绍了西门子PLC控制系统在钢铁企业原料场的应用,详细介绍了S7-1500 PLC控制系统的主要控制功能和应用拓扑结构,以期为西门子PLC控制系统在钢铁企业原料场的应用提供帮助和借鉴。

The raw material yard of iron and steel enterprises is mainly responsible for receiving large quantities of raw materials and fuels from outside as well as circulating materials in the plant, and supplying required materials to the blast furnace and sintering. There are many equipment, complex process and continuous operation in the raw material yard, once a fault occurs, it will directly affect the normal production of blast furnace and sintering,therefore, the function and stability of the automatic control system in the raw material yard are required to be high. Generally, in order to improve the operation efficiency of the raw material yard and reduce the failure rate, most iron and steel enterprises adopt advanced control technology and equipment at home and abroad in the automatic control of the raw material yard. Taking Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. No. 2 raw material yard as an example, this paper introduces the application of Siemens PLC control system in the raw material yard of iron and steel enterprises, and details the main control functions and application topology of S7-1500 PLC control system, in order to provide help and reference for the application of Siemens PLC control system in the raw material yard of iron and steel.
