原位电镜力学数据可视化处理软件的开发及其应用

摘要 准确的材料工程应力-应变曲线是获得精确力学性能指标如杨氏模量、强度、延伸率的前提条件。然而,在基于电子显微镜的微纳米尺度原位力学实验中,由于被测样品标距外位移、环境参量引起的压头漂移、电信号漂移、热漂移等多种干扰因素的存在,难以直接从力学传感器位移数据获取真实的变形量,给工程应力-应变曲线的定量分析带来了挑战。同时,现有的数据处理过程中,加载图像和力学数据经常来自不同厂商,数据点难以同步,且不能在可视化界面下调整参数。Matv是一款针对此问题设计的数据可视化分析软件,该软件基于材料变形的原位电镜视频与力学数据,通过图像处理算法跟踪样品轮廓变化来准确提取纵向和横向应变数据,同时利用时间特征点精确对应上述应变数据和力学数据,从而帮助用户在图形用户界面下准确、高效地完成原位电镜力学实验数据处理,将数据处理时长从8~16小时缩短至几分钟。该软件的不断完善有望为原位力学的研究者提供高效的工具。 The accurate engineering stress-strain curve of a material is the precondition to obtain accurate mechanical properties such as young′s modulus,strength and ductility.However,it is challenging to obtain accurate strain data from in-situ electron microscopy mechanical date due to a variety of interference factors such as out of gauge displacement of the measured sample,indenter drift,electrical signal drift and thermal drift caused by environmental parameters.Meanwhile,it is difficult to synchronize loaded images and mechanical data during data processing process,and the parameters cannot be adjusted under the visual interface.To solve this issue,we developed the Matv,a visualized analysis software for processing in-situ electron microscopy mechanical data.Under the graphical user interface,Matv can track the axial and radial deformation of uniaxial compression/tension to obtain longitudinal and transverse strain,and these strain data and mechanical data can be aligned through time characteristic points.Finally,strain values can be corrected by correlating measurement result with original mechanical data.The batch processing of in-situ electron microscope mechanical data can be achieved by Matv software,correspondingly,the time for data processing can be reduced from 8-16 hours to a few minutes.This software is expected to provide an efficient tool for handling the data of in-situ mechanics.
