机电一体化专业新生适应性探索与实践--以山西铁道职业技术学院机电一体化专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Adaptability for Freshmen in Mechatronics Majors--with the Mechatronics Major of Shanxi Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example

大学新生适应性是大学生心理健康的重要标志。新生适应是指新生在与新的学习环境、新的校园生活环境、新的人际关系环境相互作用中,通过调整自我,主动地顺应环境,从而在学业、生活与学校整体环境间达到平衡的状态。本文以山西铁道职业技术学院机电一体化专业学生为研究对象,分析该专业学生的心理特点,针对性地从网络、心理、实践等途径加强教育和引导,以期对提升相关专业新生适应性给予建设性意见。

Freshmen's adaptability is an important sign of college students'mental health.Freshmen's adaptation refers to the state in which they interact with the new learning environment,the new campus and the new interpersonal relationship to adjust themselves and actively adapt to the environment,so as to achieve a balance between academics,life and the overall environment of the school.This paper takes the students majoring in mechatronics of Shanxi Railway Vocational and Technical College as the research object,analyzes the psychological characteristics of the students,and strengthens education and guidance via network,psychology,practice,etc.in order to offer constructive suggestions for improving the adaptability of freshmen in related majors.
