血栓与止血学高被引文献研究

A bibliometric study of highly cited papers in thrombosis and hemostasis

目的 通过分析血栓与止血领域高被引论文,了解该领域研究概况及发展趋势,为本刊发展提供依据。方法 检索Web of Science(WOS)数据库核心合集以及中国知网学术期刊库中血栓与止血领域高被引论文,应用CiteSpace6.1.R3构建知识图谱。结果 共有WOS血栓主题918篇、止血主题135篇;知网血栓主题300篇、止血主题200篇高被引论文纳入研究。《新英格兰医学杂志》《柳叶刀》《美国心脏病学会杂志》等是高被引论文发布数量最多的期刊;新冠、抗栓治疗、中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网等是血栓主题的热门研究方向;创伤修复、药理学研究等是止血主题的热门研究方向。结论 血栓与止血学主题高被引论文年发文量呈逐年上升趋势,是国际上医学研究热点之一。本刊应关注近年血栓与止血领域热门期刊、作者及研究方向,根据热点积极联系专家组织专题,提高本刊学术影响力。

Objective To analyze the highly cited papers in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis,understand the research overview and development trend in this field,and provide a basis for the development of this journal.Methods The highly cited papers of core collection of the Web of Science(WOS)database and academic journal database of CNKI in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis were searched,and the knowledge map was constructed by using CiteSpace6.1.R3.Results A total of 918 articles on thrombosis and 135 articles on hemostasis from WOS;300 articles on thrombosis and 200 on hemostasis from CNKI highly cited papers were included in the study.New England Journal of Medicine,Lancet,and Journal of the American College of Cardiology are the journals that publish the most highly cited papers;COVID⁃19,antithrombotic therapy,neutrophil extracellular traps,etc.are popular topics on thrombosis research directions.Wound healing,pharmacological research,etc.are popular research directions on the topic of hemostasis.Conclusions The number of highly cited papers on the topic of thrombosis and hemostasis is increasing year by year,and it is one of the hot spots in international medical research.This journal should pay attention to popular journals,authors and research directions in the field of thrombosis and hemostasis,contact experts to organize special topics according to hot spots,and improve the academic influence of this journal.
