摘要
目的 对清热消炎宁颗粒的一步制粒工艺进行研究。方法 以颗粒合格率和水分为评价指标,采用单因素结合正交试验法对影响清热消炎宁颗粒一步制粒过程的因素进行考察。结果 最佳制粒工艺参数为:喷雾速度为15 r·min^(-1),雾化压力为0.15 MPa,进风温度为85℃。结论 该制粒工艺合理、可行,稳定性好,可为清热消炎宁颗粒后续的生产工艺研究提供试验依据。
Objective To determine the one-step granulation technology for Qingre Xiaoyanning granules.Methods Granule qualification rate and moisture were used as evaluation indexes.Single factor and orthogonal test were used to determine the influencing factors of one-step granulation of Qingre Xiaoyanning granules.Results The optimum granulating parameters were as follows:the spray velocity was 15 r·min^(-1),the atomization pressure was 0.15 MPa,and the air inlet temperature was 85℃.Conclusion The granulating process for Qingre Xiaoyanning granules is reasonable,feasible and stable,which provides experimental basis for the follow-up study of the production.
