香蕉假茎、球茎和根系动态生长模型构建研究

Phenotypic Growth Model and Correlation Analysis of Banana Pseudo-stems,Bulbs and Roots

摘要 通过香蕉假茎、球茎和根系的表型生长模型及相关分析可为香蕉变量施肥作业提供数据基础。为解决人工测量球茎、根系外接圆难以确定问题,采用基于图像处理方法测量相关表型参数。通过测量广西宝岛蕉全生长周期内的20个阶段,采用图像处理表型测量方法测量假茎直径、球茎直径与根系水平分布长度,分别建立表型特征的生长模型并进行相关性分析。结果表明:假茎直径、球茎直径和根系水平分布长度表型生长模型均呈现“S”形,遵循作物的生长规律;香蕉假茎和球茎极显著正相关,相关系数为0.99177(P<0.05);假茎和根系极显著正相关,相关系数为0.99406(P<0.05);球茎和根系极显著正相关,相关系数为0.99843(P<0.05),假茎、球茎和根系表型性状之间分别存在极显著正相关关系。由此表明,可通过测量香蕉假茎表型参数预测地下球茎和根系的表型参数,进而为变量施肥作业提供数据依据。 At Banana bulbs and roots,which grow in the lower Earth hemisphere,have difficult-to-observe phenotypic characteristics.On the contrary,banana pseudo-stems are as large as a cylinder,and their phenotypic characteristics are obvious.Therefore,a correlation model of banana pseudo-stem phenotype and bulb,pseudo-stem and roots phenotype growth is beneficial to predict the phenotypic characteristics of the bulb and root.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the circumscribed circle of the bulb and root during manual measurement,this paper develops an image processing method for the measurement of the diameters of banana pseudo-stems,bulbs and roots.Image pre-processing and edge detection techniques are used for pseudo-stem,bulb and root detection.The ratio between the actual scale and the image pixel dimensions is set,and the measurement area is reasonably selected for measurement recording.Twenty strains of banana seedlings were measured at different growth stages.Statistical analysis and function fitting showed that the growth model of banana pseudo-stems,bulbs and roots is the BiDoseResp function in the Growth/Sigmodial function family,and its growth curve presents a slow-fast-slow S-shaped curve,indicating the phenotypic growth model of pseudo-stems,bulbs and roots also follows the characteristics of slow growth of crops first,accelerated in the middle,and slow in the later.It can be seen from correlation analysis between phenotypic traits,there is a very significant positive correlation between pseudo-stems and bulbs with a correlation coefficient of 0.99177(P<0.05);a very significant positive correlation between pseudo-stems and roots with a correlation coefficient of 0.99406(P<0.05);There is a very significant positive correlation between the bulb and the root system,the correlation coefficient is 0.99843(P<0.05).Measuring the pseudo-stem diameter can be used to calculate or predict the bulbs and roots diameter,which in turn provides more phenotypic parameters for biomass measurements.
