棉花圆模成型装置的设计与优化分析

摘要 设计了一种棉花圆模成型装置,可以对棉花进行均匀喂棉、打捆成型、缠网及断网作业。对喂棉装置、成型装置、缠网送网装置、切网装置等关键部件进行设计与分析,以保证装置的合理性。进行传动方案设计,并对输棉传送带的速度与密实度调节辊的速度关系进行了理论推导,保证装置能正常工作。利用SolidWorks对棉花圆模成型装置进行三维建模,并对成型装置进行静力学分析,结果表明:成型装置在正常工作下的最大位移是0.006 m,最大应力是6.57MPa,远低于屈服强度。对成型装置进行试验,结果表明:棉花圆模成型装置能满足各项作业要求,且工作稳定,可以为棉花圆模成型装置进一步优化设计提供理论参考。 A kind of cotton round mold forming device is designed,which can feed cotton evenly,bind and form cotton,wrap and break the net.In order to ensure the rationality of the device,the key components of the cotton feeding device,the forming device,the winding and feeding device,and the cutting device were designed and analyzed.The transmission scheme is designed,and the relationship between the speed of cotton conveyor belt and the speed of density adjusting roller is theoretically deduced,so as to ensure the normal operation of the device.SolidWorks is used to build a three-dimensional model of the cotton round mold forming device,and the static analysis of the forming device is carried out.The results show that the maximum displacement of the forming device under normal operation is 0.006m,and the maximum stress is 6.57MPa,which is far lower than the yield strength.Finally,the experimental analysis of the forming device,the experimental results show that the cotton round mold forming device can achieve the operation requirements,and work stably,can provide a theoretical reference for the further optimization design of the cotton round mold forming device.
