摘要
针对目前蔬菜移栽自动化程度不高、机电控制成本高等问题,结合所设计的穴盘苗移栽机取送苗装置,提出了以Arduino为核心的取送苗系统,通过2个步进电机和4个气缸相互协调完成对穴盘苗的顶苗、输送和抓取,并使用Arduino IDE软件编写程序。构建电气控制系统并进行了取送苗试验,结果表明:取苗频率对取苗成功率的影响均呈负相关,取苗频率在40~60株/min时,取苗成功率在91%以上,系统稳定可靠,可为后续自动化控制系统的研究提供思路。
Aiming at the problems of low automation of vegetable transplanting and high cost of electromechanical control,combined with the designed plug seedling transplanting machine taking and sending device,a seedling taking and sending system based on Arduino is proposed,which uses 2 stepper motors and the four cylinders coordinate with each other to complete the ejection,transportation and grabbing of the plug seedlings,and use the Arduino IDE software to write the program.An electrical control system was constructed and a test of fetching and sending seedlings was carried out.The results showed that the effect of fetching frequency on the success rate of fetching was negatively correlated.When the fetching frequency was 40-60 plants/min,the success rate of fetching was above 91%.The system is stable and reliable,and can provide ideas for subsequent research on automated control systems.
