Experiment on Shear Characteristics of Film Stalk Mixture

摘要 针对机收膜秆混合物因存在“打结”现象无法使用传统方法进行分离回收再利用及地膜棉秆剪切特性相差较大等问题,选用二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计方法探究膜秆混合物剪切特性,并利用万能材料试验机(INSTRON 8801)和单刀剪切刀具对膜秆混合物样品进行剪切试验。通过剪切试验研究棉秆主干部位、地膜包裹层数和加载速度对膜秆混合物剪切强度的影响,结果表明:棉秆主干部位和地膜包裹层数两因素对膜秆混合物剪切强度的影响较为显著;在交互作用中,只有棉秆主干部位与地膜包裹层数的交互作用影响较为显著;当取样部位为棉秆主干底部,地膜包裹层数为8层时,剪切强度达到最大值,为4.25MPa。由方差分析可知:本研究建立的回归模型可靠,具有统计意义,可为膜秆混合物剪切设备的研制提供理论依据。 In view of the problems that the machine-harvested film stalk mixture cannot be separated,recycled and reused by traditional methods due to the phenomenon of knotting,and the shear characteristics of the mulched cotton stalks are quite different,a quadratic regression orthogonal rotating combination test design method is selected to explore the film The shear characteristics of the stalk mixture,and the shear test of the film stalk mixture sample was carried out using a universal material testing machine(INSTRON 8801)and a single-pole shearing tool.The shear test was carried out to study the influence of the cotton stalk trunk position,the number of mulching film layers and the loading speed on the shear strength of the film stalk mixture.The test results show that the two factors of the main part of the cotton stalk and the number of mulching layers have a significant effect on the shear strength of the film stalk mixture;and in the interaction,only the interaction between the main part of the cotton stalk and the number of mulching layers is more significant.When the sampling site is the bottom of the cotton stalk trunk and the number of mulch wraps is 8 layers,the shear strength reaches the maximum value of 4.25Mpa.It can be seen from the analysis of variance that the regression model established in this study is reliable and statistically significant,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the film-stalk mixture shearing equipment.
