摘要
为了提高农机装备制造的效率和水平,实现产业结构的调整,提升企业的竞争力,在大数据时代背景下,将物联网技术引入到了农机装配制造系统的设计上,采用神经网络分析算法加快了数据的分析,提高了零件制造信息的查询能力,并在生产监控、质量溯源、仓储管理和物流追踪等方面对其作用进行了论证。以变速箱体的设计生产为例,对物联网在农机制造装配系统中的作用进行了验证,结果表明:大数据物联网可以实现变速箱体的协同设计,并可完成在线检测、仓储和物流管理等功能,有效缩短了设计周期,降低了制造成本。
In order to improve the efficiency and level of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing,realize the adjustment of industrial structure and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,it introduced the Internet of things technology into the design of agricultural machinery assembly manufacturing system under the background of big data era,and used the neural network analysis algorithm to speed up the data analysis and improve the query ability of parts manufacturing information.It demonstrates its role in storage management and logistics tracking.Finally,taking the design and production of gearbox as an example,it verified the role of Internet of things in agricultural machinery manufacturing and assembly system.The verification results showed that the Internet of things can achieve collaborative design of gearbox,and complete online detection,storage and logistics management functions,effectively shorten the design cycle and save manufacturing costs.
