摘要
目前,江苏等南方地区芦苇主要依靠人工收获,机械化程度不高,效率低。为此,针对南方芦苇的特点,设计了一种履带自走式芦苇收获机专用夹持输送装置,对其关键工作部件(如夹持拨禾链、夹持输送链以及驱动装置)进行了分析,并完成了夹持输送装置整体的三维装配,实现了切断芦苇由前方割台向后方集捆装置的低损、高效输送。为了确定该装置的最佳工作参数组合,对其进行了加工试制与台架试验,结果表明:夹持输送间隙为15mm、夹持输送速度为1m/s、夹持输送倾角为25°时,效果最佳。
At present,the reeds in Jiangsu and other southern regions mainly rely on artificial harvesting,and the degree of mechanization is not high and the efficiency is low.According to the characteristics of Southern reed,this paper designs a special clamping and conveying device for crawler self-propelled reed harvester,analyzes its key working parts such as clamping and pulling chain,clamping and conveying chain and driving device,completes the three-dimensional assembly of the whole clamping and conveying device,and realizes the low loss and high-efficiency conveying of cutting reed from the front header to the rear bundling device.In order to determine the best working parameter combination of the device,the processing trial and bench test were carried out.The test results show that the clamping conveying clearance is 15mm,the clamping conveying speed is 1m/s,and the clamping conveying angle is 25°.The effect is the best.
