摘要
针对水稻秸秆圆捆利用不佳问题,设计了一种新型水稻秸秆圆捆解捆机,通过对解捆机关键部件参数和排列方式进行设计与仿真分析,为解捆装置的改进提供理论依据。静力学分析结果表明:解捆滚筒最大变形量为0.0065mm,最大应力为4.7924MPa,远小于理论数值,解捆滚筒刚度和强度都满足要求。由解捆滚筒的前6阶模态振型图可知:解捆滚筒激励频率远小于其引起振动的最小激励频率202.55Hz,不产生共振。试验表明:秸秆输出层厚度为10.88cm,秸秆输出层宽度为130.64cm,厚度标准差为2.9cm,宽度标准差5.9cm,各项指标均达到解捆要求,满足实际作业需求。
In view of the poor utilization of rice straw round bundles,a new rice straw round baler was proposed.Through the design and simulation analysis of the parameters and arrangement of the key components of the baler,the theoretical basis is provided for the improvement of the uncoupling the bale device.The results of static analysis show that the maximum deformation and stress of uncouple the knife roller of the bale are 0.0065mm and 4.7924MPa,which are far less than the theoretical value,and the stiffness and strength of uncouple the knife roller of the bale meet the requirements.The results of modal analysis show that the first six modal shapes of the uncouple the knife roller of the bale are obtained,and the excitation frequency of the uncouple the knife roller of the bale is far less than the minimum excitation frequency of 202.55Hz,which does not produce resonance.The experiment showed that the thickness of the straw output layer was 10.88cm,the width of the straw output layer was 130.64cm,the standard deviation of thickness was 2.9cm,and the standard deviation of width was 5.9cm.All indexes were better than the test standards.which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of structure and parameters.
