摘要
在农村秸秆火力发电机组运行时,秸秆燃烧会产生大量的二氧化碳。为此,将PID控制器应用到了二氧化碳分离器的设计上,通过对分离效果的监测和反馈有效控制了二氧化碳的排放。同时,将遗传进化算法使用到了PID控制器的设计上,通过算法优化提高了控制器的精度,进而提升了二氧化碳的吸收效果,降低了气体的排放。
During the operation of rural straw thermal power generation unit,straw combustion will produce a large amount of carbon dioxide.In order to control the emission of the gas,the PID controller is applied to the design of carbon dioxide separator.Through the monitoring and feedback of separation effect,the emission of carbon dioxide is effectively controlled.Genetic evolutionary algorithm is used in the design of PID controller.Through algorithm optimization,the control accuracy of the controller is improved,the absorption effect of carbon dioxide is improved and the gas emission is reduced.
