摘要
目前,花生在收获后荚果上所带子房柄主要依靠人工去除,人工去柄效率低、作业成本高,制约了我国花生产业的发展。针对这一问题,设计了一种锯齿刀式花生子房柄装置,建立了带子房柄花生荚果颗粒模型,设计2、4、6、8、10共5种不同的锯齿切柄刀排列方式,并采用EDEM软件对该装置进行切柄过程仿真,确定了8组锯齿圆盘刀排列效果最佳。为获取花生子房柄切除装置最佳工作参数组合,采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验进行设计,建立回归方程进行分析,最终得到最佳参数组合:在锯齿圆盘刀的转速为64.05r/min、筛选栅板的振动频率为4.31Hz、筛选栅板倾角为8.81°时,去柄率≥94.44%,破损率≤0.92%。试验验证该装置对花生荚果具有一定的适应性,可满足各项指标要求。
At present,the stalks on the pods of peanuts after harvesting mainly rely on manual removal.Due to the low efficiency and high cost of manual removal of stalks,the healthy development of my country’s peanut industry is severely restricted.Aiming at this problem,a serrated knife type peanut ovary handle device was designed.Established a peanut pod particle model with ovary shank,designed two,four,six,eight,fifteen different arrangements of sawtooth shank knives,used EDEM software to simulate the cutting process of the device,and determined eight sets of sawtooth discs.The knives have the best arrangement.In order to obtain the best combination of working parameters of the peanut ovary shank removal device,the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment was used to design,and the regression equation was established for analysis,and finally the best combination of parameters was obtained:the speed of the serrated disc knife was 64.05 r/min,when the vibration frequency of the screening grid is 4.31 Hz and the inclination of the screening grid is 8.81°,at this time,the performance index of the peanut ovary stalk removal device:removal rate≥94.44%,damage rate≤0.92%.The test verifies that the device has a certain adaptability to peanut pods and meets various indicators.
