摘要
联合收获机底盘机架是整机的主体支撑结构,其质量直接影响收获机的作业性能。为此,以某履带式联合收获机底盘机架作为研究对象,在保证其刚度、强度的前提下对其进行轻量化研究。通过采用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench建立底盘机架的有限元模型,对其进行模态分析和4种不同工况下的有限元分析;然后,以底盘机架梁的厚度为设计变量,结合空间填充设计(Optimal Space-filling Design)设计方法以及Kriging近似模型模拟计得出设计变量之间的响应关系;最后,综合考虑机架质量、最大应力、最大位移等性能指标,利用遗传算法对底盘机架进行了多目标优化。结果表明:联合收获机底盘机架质量减少24.98kg,且机架的强度、最大应力、最大形变均满足设计要求,获得较好的优化效果,为联合收获机底盘机架的结构优化与设计提供参考。
The chassis frame of the combine harvester is the main supporting structure of the whole machine,and its weight directly affects the operating performance of the harvester.In this paper,the chassis frame of a crawler combine harvester is taken as the research object,and the lightweight research is carried out on the premise of ensuring its rigidity and strength.The finite element model of the chassis frame was established by using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench,and the modal analysis and finite element analysis under four different working conditions were carried out.Then take the thickness of the chassis frame beam as the design variable,combined with the Optimal Space-filling Design design method and Kriging approximate model simulation to calculate the response relationship between the design variables,and then comprehensively consider the frame quality,maximum stress,The performance indicators such as maximum displacement are optimized by multi-objective optimization of the chassis frame using genetic algorithm.The results show that the weight of the chassis frame of the combine harvester is reduced by 24.98 kg,while the strength,maximum stress,and maximum deformation of the frame meet the design requirements,and a better optimization effect is obtained.This provides a reference for the structural optimization and design of the chassis frame of the combine harvester.
