摘要 为了更好地监测深松作业过程中的深度,增加深松作业深度的均匀性,提高作业质量,提出了通过测定深松耕作阻力来获得深松深度的方法,并通过GPS定位功能记录机具行走轨迹,以获取田块整体的深松作业质量全貌。在确定的深松铲、牵引速度等条件下建立了“深松阻力-深松深度-土壤坚实度”三者之间的关系,即y=-6.32×10^(-5)x_(1)+1.47 x_(2)=18.24,并基于该模型建立了深松作业深度监测系统。通过安装具有仿形功能的随行轮研制了监测系统的标定机构,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:通过模型得到的深松深度与随行轮实测的作业深度平均误差为2.27%,深度监测系统的精度和可行性高;通过深松作业得到的坐标与作业深度相结合获得的深松作业三维图,系统可以进行作业稳定性的直观评价。 In order to better monitor the depth in the process of subsoiling,promote the uniformity of subsoiling depth,and improve the quality of operation,this paper proposes a method to obtain the subsoiling depth by measuring the subsoiling tillage resistance,and at the same time records the treading track of the machine through the GPS positioning function to obtain the whole subsoiling quality of the field.In this paper,the relationship among subsoiling resistance,subsoiling depth and soil compaction,is established under the conditions of determined subsoiling shovel and traction speed:y=-6.32×10^(-5)x_(1)+1.47 x_(2)=18.24,based on the model,the monitoring system of subsoiling depth is established.The calibration mechanism of the monitoring system is developed by installing the following wheel with profiling function,and the experimental verification is carried out.The test results show that the average error between the subsoiling depth obtained by the model and the measured working depth of the accompanying wheel is 2.27%,which indicates that the monitoring system of subsoiling depth has high accuracy and feasibility;the three-dimensional map of subsoiling operation is obtained by combining the coordinates obtained by the subsoiling operation with the working depth,which indicates that the system can directly evaluate the working stability.
