摘要
新疆是全国最大的优质商品棉生产基地,而灌溉施肥在棉花生产中占据着极其重要的地位。为减少棉花实际生产中的水肥浪费,提高水肥利用效率,提出一种基于自适应理论以pH值为控制目标的控肥方法,设计了一套以PLC为控制器核心的水肥控制自适应系统。系统不仅具有灌溉、施肥、自清洗等基本功能,还可精准调控水肥混合比例和施肥量。研究为新疆棉花的种植提供了科学可行的水肥决策依据,也为用户提供了一套科学有效的灌溉施肥方案。
Xinjiang is the country’s largest production base for high-quality commercial cotton,and irrigation and fertilization occupies an extremely important position in cotton production.In order to reduce the waste of water and fertilizer in actual cotton production and improve the efficiency of water and fertilizer use,this paper proposes a fertilizer control method based on adaptive theory with PH as the control target,and finally determines a set of water and fertilizer control adaptive system with Mitsubishi PLC as the core of the controller..The system not only has basic functions such as watering,fertilization,and cleaning,but also can precisely control the mixing ratio of water and fertilizer and precisely control the amount of fertilization.It provides scientific and feasible water and fertilizer decision-making basis for Xinjiang cotton planting,and finally provides users with a set of scientific and effective irrigation.Fertilization program.
