摘要 为进一步提高用于园艺管理的花卉果树嫁接装置的智能化作业水平,确保嫁接花卉果树育苗的成活率,针对嫁接装置的结构设计展开研究。在嫁接装置的核心结构组成与作业原理基础上,基于解决问题的物质-场理论,结合各结构组件特点与功能要求,建立用于结构优化的核心理论设计模型,通过结构布局与优化形成体积紧凑的花卉果树嫁接装置,并进行嫁接作业试验。结果表明:在实施嫁接作业一定的前置条件下,嫁接装置的嫁接成活率相对提高9.19%,结构复杂度与嫁接伤苗率均大大降低,嫁接综合效率提升至92.77%,满足园艺嫁接作业性能要求,可为推进花卉果树园艺管理的标准化培养模式应用提供支持。 In order to further improve the intelligent operation level of flower and fruit tree grafting device for horticultural management and ensure the survival rate of grafted flower fruit tree seedlings,the structural design of grafting device was studied.On the basis of the core structure composition and operation principle of the current grafting device,the core theoretical design model for structural optimization was established based on the problem-solving material field theory,and combined with the characteristics and functional requirements of various structural components.Through the structural layout and optimization,the compact flower fruit tree grafting device was formed,and the grafting operation experiment under the design was carried.The results showed that under certain pre conditions of grafting operation,the design of grafting device for flowers and fruit trees used for horticultural management was feasible.The grafting survival rate of the grafting device was increased by 9.19%.The structural complexity and the grafting injury rate were greatly reduced.The overall grafting efficiency of the device was increased to 92.77%.The experimental results could meet the performance requirements of horticultural grafting operation,which would provide help for promoting the application of standardized cultivation mode of the flower and fruit tree horticulture management.
