摘要
为了提高喷灌机的自动化水平,考虑主水管压力、环境风力和湿度等条件,将SCR烟气脱硝多模型反馈预测方案引入到了自动喷灌机控制系统的设计上。为了提高控制系统的精度,在PID控制参数的调节上引入了模糊遗传算法,提高了系统的自适应能力。对基于SCR烟气脱硝多模型反馈预测的自动喷灌机控制系统进行了测试,结果表明:采用模型后喷灌系统的误差有了明显的降低,对于提高自动喷灌系统的性能具有重要的借鉴意义。
In order to improve the automation level of sprinkler irrigation machine,considering the main pipe pressure,environmental wind and humidity conditions,the SCR Flue Gas Denitration multi model feedback prediction scheme is introduced into the design of the automatic sprinkler irrigation machine control system.In order to improve the accuracy of the control system,the fuzzy genetic algorithm is introduced into the PID control parameters to improve the adaptive ability of the system.It tested the control system of automatic sprinkler irrigation machine based on SCR flue gas denitration multi model feedback prediction.The test results show that the error of sprinkler irrigation system is significantly reduced after using the model,which has important reference significance for improving the performance of automatic sprinkler irrigation system.
