摘要
为改善谷子穴播排种器播种效果,使用JPS-12型排种器性能检测试验台,以真空度、吸孔直径、窝眼轮转速为试验因素,以合格率、重播率、漏播率为试验指标对气力窝眼轮组合式谷子穴播排种器的排种性能进行单因素和多因素试验研究。通过单因素试验明确了排种质量随试验因素的变化趋势,通过正交试验获得了气力窝眼轮组合式谷子穴播排种器的较优参数组合,即真空度为2.0kPa、吸孔直径为1.0mm,窝眼轮转速为20r/min。对较优参数组合进行试验验证,结果表明:合格率93.9%,重播率3.1%,漏播率3.0%,能够满足谷子穴播的要求。
In order to improve the seeding effect of hill-drop seed planter,the experimental study on the working performance of pneumatic hole and eye wheel combined hill-drop seed planter for millet was carried out.Using JPS-12 seeding performance test bench,the single factor and three factor and three level orthogonal experiments were carried out with vacuum degree,diameter of suction hole and rotation speed of socket wheel as test factors,and pass rate,replay rate and missing seeding rate as evaluation indexes.Through the analysis of the single factor test results,it is found that under the condition of fixed suction diameter and rotation speed of the socket wheel,the pass rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of vacuum degree,the replay rate increases gradually,and the drop rate decreases gradually.(When the vacuum degree is 1.5kPa,the pass rate reaches the highest of 91.2%.Under the condition of fixed vacuum degree and rotation speed of socket wheel,the pass rate increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of suction hole diameter,the replay rate increased gradually,and the drop rate decreased gradually.When the suction hole diameter was 1mm,the pass rate reached the highest of 89.3%.When the vacuum degree and the diameter of the suction hole are fixed,the pass rate increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the rotation speed of the socket eye wheel,the replay rate decreases gradually,and the drop rate increases gradually.When the rotation speed of the socket eye wheel is 20r/min,the pass rate reaches the highest of 90.7%.Through the range and variance analysis of the orthogonal test results,the influences of vacuum degree,suction hole diameter and hole wheel speed on the seed quality were obtained.For the qualified rate and the seed leakage rate,the main and secondary influences were vacuum degree,suction hole diameter and hole wheel speed.For the replay rate,the order of influence is the rotation speed of the socket wheel,vacuum degree and suction hole diameter.)The optimum parameter combination of pneumatic hole and eye wheel combined seed planter for foxtail millet was obtained.When the vacuum degree was 2.0kPa,the suction diameter was 1.0mm,and the speed of hole and eye wheel was 20r/min,the test results showed that the qualified rate,resowing rate and omission rate were 93.9%,3.1% and 3.0%,which could meet the requirements of foxtail millet hill-seeding.
