视觉传达技术应用于植保无人机的设计研究

摘要 为了实现稻瘟病情评估,差异化给药,基于视觉传达技术设计了植保无人机。摄像机拍摄稻田冠层图像,利用MSRCR技术强化图像,进行图像二值化与降噪处理,得到枯黄叶片图像,计算稻瘟病情诊断系数C,进而控制差异化给药。药液喷洒通过控制蠕动泵电机控制占空比,调节喷药流量;通过调整喷雾头离心电机电压,控制药液粒径和喷洒幅度。系统测试表明:流量与沉积密度线性决定系数达到0.9711,均匀性变异系数v范围为6.9%~10%,系统具有良好的控制精度。 In order to achieve the differential spraying of pesticides based on evaluation of rice blast,the plant protection UAV was designed by visual communication technology.Rice canopy image was taken by camera,and the enhanced image was taken by MSRCR,the images of withered and yellow leaves were gotten,according to image binarization and noise reduction treatment.Diagnostic coefficient C of rice blast was calculated to control spraying of pesticides.Spraying flux was achieved by control of peristaltic pump motor control duty cycle,particle size and spraying range were controlled by the adjustment of sprayer centrifugal motor voltage.This system was tested,the coefficient of linear determination between discharge and deposition density was 0.9711;Coefficient of variation of uniformity v ranged from 6.9%to 10%,this result showed that this system had good control accuracy.
