摘要
针对四向通风混流干燥段内稻谷的流动特性,运用三维激光扫描方式提取稻谷几何尺寸,基于离散元法,应用EDEM软件对干燥段内稻谷的流动特性进行了数值模拟,并通过试验台的试验证明了仿真结果的准确性。仿真模拟及试验表明:仿真结果与稻谷实际流动情况基本一致,稻谷在四向通风混流干燥段内呈现空间S型轨迹差速流动,相邻角状管之间中心区域的稻谷流速最高,其值为0.036m/s。研究结果可为后期稻谷热风干燥段的结构优化设计提供重要参考。
In order to study the flow characteristics of paddy in the four-way ventilated mixed flow drying section.The 3-D laser scanning was used to extract the geometric dimensions of the rice.Based on the DEM,by using EDEM software to simulate the flow characteristics of rice in the drying section.And the accuracy of the simulation results was proved by the test on the test bench.Simulations and experiments show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual flow of paddy.The rice shows a spatial S-shaped trajectory differential flow in the four-way ventilated mixed flow drying section.And thepaddy flow velocity in the central area between adjacent angular tubes is the highest.It is 0.036 m/s.The research results can provide important references for the structural optimization design of the hot-air drying section of paddy.
