电驱动自走膜上打孔精量播种机设计与试验

摘要 针对部分北方地区采用起垄全膜覆盖集雨保墒种植的模式,为解决膜上精密机械化播种问题,设计了一款以农村常用电动车蓄电池为动力的电驱动自走式膜上打孔精量播种机,要求打孔时不能刮膜,且播种深度和株距符合农艺要求。同时,利用三维软件进行了结构设计和分析,介绍了其结构和工作原理。经河北省农业机械产品质量监督检验站对该机具检测,结果表明:空穴率为1.67%,穴粒数合格率为98.3%,穴距合格率为93.3%,采光面机械破损程度为39.6mm/m 2,满足膜上播种作业质量评价技术规范要求。 In order to solve the problem of precision mechanical seeding on the film,a self-propelled precision seeder with electric drive driven by the battery of rural electric vehicles was designed.It is required that the film can not be scraped when drilling,and the sowing depth and spacing meet the agronomic requirements.This paper introduces its structure and working principle,and uses three-dimensional software to design and analyze its structure.The machine was tested by Hebei agricultural machinery product quality supervision and inspection station.The results showed that the hole rate was 1.67%,the qualified rate of hole number was 98.3%,the qualified rate of hole distance was 93.3%,and the mechanical damage degree of daylighting surface was 39.6 mm/m 2,which met the requirements of technical specifications for quality evaluation of film seeding operation.
