摘要 采摘作业是果蔬种植的关键环节,采摘效率和质量对果蔬生产具有重要影响。虽然采摘作业方式逐渐向自动化方向转变,但目前的果蔬采摘作业仅限于采摘机械设备单体作业,无法形成大面积、大规模协同作业,严重影响采摘效率,制约大面积果蔬种植。为此,在深入研究采摘系统工作原理的基础上,引入物联网和云计算技术,分别对物联网系统架构和云计算体系进行研究,并对物联网设备与云之间的通信方式进行优化,最后完成了基于物联网和云计算的协同采摘作业系统设计。实际应用表明:基于物联网和云计算的协同采摘作业系统能够实时监测采摘设备的运行状态,且通过物联网的数据共享及云计算的数据分析能够实现对多个采摘设备同时进行远程控制,增强了采摘设备作业的协同性,提高了采摘作业效率,同时能够保证较高的目标识别精度,对提升大规模果蔬种植效益有着十分重要的作用,具有较大的推广价值。 Picking is a key link in fruit and vegetable planting,and the efficiency and quality of picking have an important impact on the production of fruits and vegetables.Although the picking operation is gradually shifting towards automation,the current fruit and vegetable picking operation is limited to the single operation of picking machinery and equipment,and large-scale and large-scale collaborative operations cannot be formed.The poor coordination of picking machinery and equipment seriously affects the picking efficiency and restricts large-scale fruits and vegetables.Based on the in-depth study of the working principle of the picking system,this article introduces the Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies,respectively studies the architecture of the Internet of Things system and the cloud computing system,and optimizes the communication between the Internet of Things devices and the cloud,and finally completed Design of collaborative picking operation system based on Internet of Things and cloud computing.The collaborative picking operation system based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing can monitor the operating status of the picking equipment in real time.At the same time,through the data sharing of the Internet of Things and the data analysis of cloud computing,it can realize the remote control of picking equipment at the same time and enhance the operation of the picking equipment.The synergy of picking operations can improve the efficiency of picking operations,and at the same time,it can ensure high target recognition accuracy.It plays a very important role in improving the efficiency of large-scale fruit and vegetable planting,and has greater promotion value.
