摘要 以深松机耕作深度精准控制过程为研究对象,对深松机结构进行分析,对深松机耕作过程中拖拉机倾角和深松机倾角进行动态采集,获取倾角传感器与目标值之间的差异,提出一种以深松机倾角为控制目标的深松机精准控制系统。系统以传感器采集参数和目标控制参数为输入值,计算二者之间偏差,实现控制目标的动态调整,从而生成控制指令,并发送至深松机升降杆控制程序,驱动升降杆控制电磁阀打开或关闭,对深松机工作过程中倾角值进行稳定修正,达到精准控制深松机耕作深度的目的。 This paper takes the precise control process of subsoiler tillage depth as the research object,through the analysis of subsoiler system structure,determines the dynamic acquisition of tractor inclination and subsoiler inclination in the process of subsoiler tillage,obtains the difference between the inclination sensor and the target value,and proposes a precise control system of subsoiler with the control target of subsoiler inclination.The precision control system of the subsoiler takes the sensor acquisition parameters and target control parameters as the input values,calculates the deviation between them,realizes the dynamic adjustment of the control target,generates the control command and sends it to the control program of the lifting rod of the subsoiler,drives the lifting rod control solenoid valve to open or close,and stably corrects the inclination value in the working process of the subsoiler,so as to achieve the precision control of subsoiling The purpose of the depth of machine tillage.
