多孔共价三嗪骨架的简易合成及碘捕获研究

摘要 采用廉价的三聚氯氰与六苯基苯通过一锅法合成了一种共价三嗪骨架材料(CTF-HPB)。利用红外光谱和固体核磁碳谱研究其化学结构。热失重分析表明CTF-HPB具有良好的热稳定性。CTF-HPB的比表面积高达1159 m^(2)/g。在75℃下,CTF-HPB对碘的吸附量高达2183 mg/g。其次,对CTF-HPB碘吸附过程进行动力学分析,符合伪一级动力学模型,为物理吸附。此外,在120℃下,碘吸附饱和的CTF-HPB在360 min后对碘的释放率高达88%。碘吸附循环测试表明经4次循环测试后CTF-HPB仍可吸附1935 mg/g的碘。高的碘吸附量预示着CTF-HPB在碘捕获方面具有潜在的应用价值。 Covalent triazine framework(CTF-HPB)was synthesized by one pot method from cyanuric chloride with hexaphenylbenzene.The chemical structure of CTF-HPB was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR)and solid-state ^(13)C CP/TOSS(cross-polarization and total suppression of spinning sidebands)spectra.The result of TGA curves for CTF-HPB shows excellent thermal stability.The specific surface area of CTF-HPB is up to 1159 m^(2)/g.The iodine adsorption capacity of CTF-HPB is up to 2183 mg/g at 75℃.In addition,the iodine desorption ability of CTF-HPB at 120℃,the iodine release percentage reached more than 88%after 360 min.The I_(2) adsorption behavior of CTF-HPB fits the pseudo-first-order kinetic model,indicating that the adsorption process of I_(2) in CTF-HPB is dominated by physisorptions.After four cycles of adsorption/desorption experiments,the iodine adsorption capacity of CTF-HPB remains 1935 mg/g.CTF-HPB with high iodine adsorption capacity has potential application in iodine capture.
