摘要
以P123为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,MPTMS为掺杂源,采用直接水热法制备了分子筛催化剂SO_(3)H-SBA-15,表征了其结构和酸性强度,考察了其在催化苯酚和甲醛反应合成双酚F中的催化活性。结果表明当TEOS/MPTMS物质的量比为15时表现出最佳催化活性,以15-SO_(3)H为催化剂,在反应温度80℃、酚醛物质的量比30∶1、催化剂与甲醛质量比0.15的条件下反应30 min,双酚F收率可达91.2%。该催化剂催化效率高,在重复使用4次后,双酚F的收率还保持在70%以上。
The molecular sieve catalyst SO_(3)H-SBA-15 was prepared by direct hydrothermal method using P123 as template,ethyl hexanosilicate as silicon source and MPTMS as doping source.The structure and acid strength of the molecular sieve catalyst SO_(3)H-SBA-15 were characterized,and its catalytic performance was investigated.The results showed that the optimum catalytic activity was obtained when the molar ratio of TEOS/MPTMS was 15.The yield of bisphenol F reached 91.2%when 15-SO_(3)H was used as catalyst,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the molar ratio of phenolic was 30∶1,and the mass ratio of catalyst to formaldehyde was 0.15 for 30 min.The catalytic efficiency of the catalyst was high,and the yield of bisphenol F remained above 70%after four times of reuse.
