摘要
随着地质、化工、生物医学、国防航天和高分子材料加工等领域的发展,流变学的研究变得愈发的重要。为了更好的理解单层氧化石墨烯溶液的拉伸行为,本研究利用搭建的基板滴落拉伸流变仪,对单层氧化石墨烯溶液进行了性能测试。仪器搭建完成后,为了保证仪器的成功运行及其重复性测试,在多次实验中确定了仪器的合理参数。后续发现了单层氧化石墨烯溶液表现出屈服应力流体行为。与大多数屈服应力流体的拉伸行为相似,石墨烯溶液在拉伸演化过程中是符合幂律机制的。
With the development of the fields of geology,chemical industry,biomedicine,national defense aerospace and polymer material processing,the research of rheology becomes more and more important.In order to better understand the tensile behavior of monolayer graphene oxide solution,the performance of monolayer graphene oxide solution was tested by using the Dripping-onto-Substrate rheometer.After the instrument is built,in order to ensure the successful operation of the instrument and its repeatability test,the reasonable parameters of the instrument have been determined in many experiments.It was subsequently found that the monolayer graphene oxide solution exhibited yield stress fluid behavior.Similar to the tensile behavior of most yield stress fluids,the graphene solution follows a power-law mechanism during the tensile evolution.
