红菇多糖提取技术及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress in Extraction Technology and Pharmacology of Polysaccharides from Russula

红菇是一类具有较高经济和研究价值的药食两用真菌,红菇多糖是红菇中主要的一类活性成分,含量高,毒副作用小,是目前开发和研究的热点之一。该文以近10 a来国内发表文献(中国知网)为依据,对红菇多糖提取研究进展及主要药理作用等进行综述。对红菇多糖的提取技术及药理作用的研究进行汇总分析,为红菇多糖的开发研究提供参考。

Russula is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi with high economic and research value.Russula polysaccharides is one of the main active components,with high content and low toxicity and side effects.In this paper,the research progress and main pharmacological effects of polysaccharides from russula edodes were reviewed based on the literatures published in China in recent 10 years(CNKI).This paper summarized and analyzed the studies on the extraction and pharmacological action of polysaccharides of edodes in order to provide reference for the development of polysaccharides of russula.
