摘要
通过运用连续流动注射法、钼酸盐分光光度法这两种方法测定标准物质和实际采水样中的总磷,并对数据测定值进行了分析比较,两者测定值无显著差异。在数据结果上,连续流动仪器数据更精准,误差性小,减少了普通分析方法中的人为误差,器皿误差。钼酸盐分光光度法数据较为精确,相对自动仪器来说,也较为稳定,遇到问题时,也容易排除。但缺点就是在分析时需要时间较长。
In this paper,by using continuous flow injections sodium molybdate light spectrophotometry in the two methods of determination of total phosphorus in standard material and the actual water sampling,analyses and compares the data and the measured value,the measured value has no difference on the data results,continuous flow instrument data more accurate,small error,reduced the general analysis method of personnel error,error of vessels molybdate photometric method data is more accurate,compared with automatic instrument,it is also more stable,when problems are encountered,it is easy to eliminate,but the disadvantage is that it takes a long time to analyze.
