浅析天津市滨海新区大港地区石油化工企业现状及多种形式消防队伍建设

Brief Analysis of the Present Situation of Petrochemical Enterprises in Dagang Area of Binhai New Area of Tianjin and the Construction of Various Forms of Fire Brigade

石油化工灾害事故规模化和复杂化的程度不断加深,日益呈现出突发性强、危害性大、灭火技术要求高、处置难度大、作战时间长等特点,石油化工灾害事故处置技战术研究一直是消防队伍的一项重要课题。本文分析滨海新区大港地区石油化工企业分布现状及当前多种形式消防力量的组成,加强石化企业的日常熟悉演练和联合协同的作战编成模式,有效提高当前消防队伍处置石油化工事故专业化能力和水平。

The scale and complexity of petrochemical disaster accidents are deepening,which increasingly presents the characteristics of strong suddency,great harm,high requirement of fire extinguishing technology,difficult to deal with and long fighting time,etc.,so the research on the technical and tactical disposal of petrochemical disaster accidents has always been an important topic for the fire brigade.This paper analyzes the distribution status of petrochemical enterprises in Dagang Area of Binhai New Area and the composition of various forms of fire fighting forces at present,and strengthens the daily familiar drill and joint and cooperative battle formation mode of petrochemical enterprises,so as to effectively improve the professional ability and level of the current fire fighting team to deal with petrochemical accidents.
