具有电磁屏蔽性能的柔性相变膜的制备

摘要 为实现相变膜材料的多功能性能,本研究首先通过原位聚合法实现聚苯胺对相变微胶囊的包覆,再以醋酸纤维素与聚氨酯作为韧性基材,以碳纤维为导电增强材料,通过溶液共混和刮膜制备具有电磁屏蔽性能的柔性相变膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和四探针测试仪对材料的形貌、热行为和导电性进行测试分析,结果表明:相变材料在基材中的分布较为均匀,当PAN@PCM加入量为30%时,相变膜的吸热焓为14.4 J/g,电导率为43.9 S·m^(-1),是一种具有很好的柔韧性、导电性、稳定性和相变储能性质的多功能型相变膜材料。 In order to realize the multi-functional properties of phase change film,in this study,the phase change microcapsules were coated with polyaniline by in-situ polymerization,and then the flexible phase change film with electromagnetic shielding was prepared by solution mixing and scraping with cellulose acetate and polyurethane as tough substrate and carbon fiber as conductive reinforcement.The morphology,thermal behavior and conductivity of the material were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimeter and four probe resistance tester.The results show that the phase change material is evenly distributed in the substrate.When the amount of Pan@PCM is 30%,the enthalpy of heat absorption of the phase change film is 14.4 J/g and the conductivity is 43.9 S·m^(-1).It is a kind of multifunctional phase change film with good flexibility,conductivity,stability and phase change energy storage properties.
