摘要
通过柱[6]芳烃与吡啶反应,合成得到了一种带12个正电荷的水溶性柱[6]芳烃,并研究了其在水溶液中对烷基二酸的识别作用,成功得到了柱[6]芳烃与烷基二酸的主-客体络合物,表明这种水溶性大环主体分子具有络合生命体中重要的阴离子客体的潜力,在构筑基于水溶性柱[6]芳烃的分子开关及化学、生物传感器方面具有潜在应用价值。
A water-soluble pillar[6]arene appended with 12 positive charges was synthesized by the reaction of pillar[6]arene with pyridine,The molecular recognition of alkyl diacids in aqueous solution was studied,and the host-guest complexes of the pillar[6]arene with alkyl diacids were successfully obtained.The results show that the water-soluble macrocyclic host molecule has the potential of complexing with important anionic guests in living organisms.The potential for constructing molecular switches and chemo-and biosensors based on water-soluble pillar[6]arene has been demonstrated.
